Private Krak des Chevaliers Day Trip
Explore one of the region’s most dramatic fortresses with time for its layered defenses, monumental gateways, courtyards, vaulted halls, towers, and mountain setting.
Krak des Chevaliers is one part of a jointly inscribed UNESCO property with Qal'at Salah El-Din. Its formidable walls, vaulted chambers and defensive design make it an exceptional medieval fortress. This day trip visits Krak, not the second castle.
Conservation note: Syria's World Heritage properties are currently on UNESCO's World Heritage in Danger list. Site conditions and access vary.

Children count toward the vehicle’s passenger capacity, even when they are very small and deeply convinced they require no luggage.
Walking & terrain
Exploring the fortress can require climbing stone stairs and ramps and walking on uneven historic floors. Please tell us before booking if you need to avoid stairs or extended walks so we can discuss suitable arrangements.
