Four Days of History, Living Culture
and Local Discoveries

For travelers with limited vacation time, a private four-day itinerary can connect Old Damascus, a mountain village, a legendary fortress and a Roman city without packing and unpacking every night. Your days remain personal and your plan is confirmed around real access and driving conditions.

Destination imagery comes from Ziyara Ride’s existing website collection. Present-day access and conditions must be confirmed before travel.

The itinerary

Four days. Stories worth bringing home.

Good questions, straight answers

Before you set off.

How much walking and stair climbing is involved?

This is an active sightseeing trip with walking in historic neighborhoods, uneven stone paths, steps and some slopes, particularly around Maaloula and Krak des Chevaliers. Walking distances depend on the day's route and your preferences; tell us about any restrictions before confirming.

Are these per-person prices or total group prices?

The main price is the total for your whole private group. The per-person share is listed separately; it decreases when two or three people share the private package.

Are accommodation and breakfasts included?

Yes. Three hotel nights in Damascus and three breakfasts for each traveler are included in the displayed four-day package.

Can I visit Palmyra instead of Krak?

Yes, Maaloula + Palmyra is an alternative on Day 2, not an addition to Krak. It is a longer travel day and the Palmyra entrance fee is not included in the quoted amount. Access and practical timing must be confirmed.

How do the airport and Lebanon transfers work?

Damascus Airport arrival and departure transfers are included for the private group. Lebanon transfer is $150 one way or $300 return for the group, with pickup/drop-off details and border costs agreed in advance.

What if I have less time or want to change the pace?

We will plan around your confirmed arrival and departure times, interests and access conditions. Route changes may affect the final quotation.

Does the package include a separately licensed specialist guide?

This price is for a private driver and local host, not a separately licensed specialist guide. Any required specialist guide or permissions must be arranged separately.
